Read Before You ORDER to Assure Full Satisfaction

1. PAYMENT: Payment in U.S. funds must accompany order. Check, money order, phone check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted, with no minimum order requirement. Any checks returned unpaid are subject to a $35.00 service charge.

2. REFUNDS: No refunds unless wrong item, item received damaged, or item has manufacturing defects (manufacturing defects do not apply to factory seconds which are sold as seconds or to used books).

3. DELIVERY: Please allow four to six weeks delivery within the USA & CANADA, allow two to three months for other countries.

4. PREPUBLICATION ORDERS: On prepublication specials, please note delivery date which are estimated. You will be notified if date is delayed and given an opportunity to cancel orders placed after January 1, 2008.

5. BACKORDERS: If it should become necessary to backorder an item, we usually can ship it within 45 days, with the exception of Pre-pubs or titles being reprinted or manufactured by the publisher or manufacturer. Backorders may be canceled at your request at any time up until shipment date. If you do not want us to backorder a title or merchandise, please inform us of that fact at the time of your order.

6. FOB Lafayette, IN: All prices are FOB (From Our Base) at Lafayette, Indiana 47903 USA.

7. SHIPPING COSTS: All prices given are without shipping, shipping will be calculated when you check out.
